Rescheduling of appointment

After successfully booking an appointment, you can ask for a rescheduling, free of cost, depending on the availability of the doctor.

For rescheduling, kindly contact us at contact@drsheetal.in with your booking reference number/patient id.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Before Case Taking: If you are not satisfied with our services and you have already booked an appointment with us, then you can approach us for cancellation/rescheduling of your appointment, giving your reasons at contact@drsheetal.in. In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to you within 14 days time after deducting the payment gateway charges if any (approximately 2%)
  • After Case Taking and Before Medicines are Dispatched: If you are not satisfied with our services and you have already consulted with the doctor, then you can ask for cancellation of your order before your medicines are dispatched. Once your medicines are dispatched then we do not allow any cancellations. If you wish to proceed with the cancellation, kindly contact us with your patient id/ booking reference number at contact@drsheetal.in. Kindly note that consultation charges are non-refundable once you have consulted with the doctor and only medicines charges will be refunded to you within 14 days time after deducting the payment gateway charges if any (approximately 2%).
  • After dispatching of Medicines: Homoeopathy medicines differ from patient to patient and the individual medicines are prepared according to the case taking of the patient. Once the medicines are shipped or once they are received by the patient then we do not provide any return/refund policy to our patients.

      • Doctors of Dr Sheetal’s Homoeopathy are certified, Homoeopathic Practitioners and Physicians. We charge a fee for Medical Advice. We are not manufacturers of the medicines which are supplied to our registered patients by our concern.
      • Our Doctors recommend treatment based on their knowledge and experience gained in their respective streams. The treatment is advised based on the symptoms of diseases suffered by the patient and is custom-made for every individual patient. Our medicines are provided to end consumers and are not meant to be resale.
      • If you place an online order, it will be assumed as your acceptance of our Terms and Condition, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.
